Great furniture and we have had great experiences in the past. However, we recently went in to look at furnishing our new home and they do not follow Covid Protocols. In fact I was asked to take my mask off so they could hear me better. Even though I think they had what we are looking for, we wont be buying anything else from Model Home Furnishing now or in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a chair and a couch on memorial day, was told they should be there by our move in date by the end of June. End of June comes and nothing. My boyfriend and I called many times with no answer. Finally we get a date.... July 17th. We told them to resend the order but they told us they'd deliver what they have and bring the last piece of our couch when it arrives on the 17th.. we have yet to receive it and haven't been notified at all. I've called again today. Dont buy from here!!!

We purchased a sectional (that we love) years ago that we had to file a claim on. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of despite issues that arised. I couldn’t have expect more… from him. He worked hard for us. Thank you! We will definitely be buying here for future purchases. I highly recommend Model Home Furnishings. They will take care of you and your purchases.

We purchased quite a few pieces of furniture for our new home at Model Home Furnishing and were very pleased with the experience. Tracy was so helpful and willing to spend the time that we needed to get what we really wanted. Such a great place with amazing furniture and great prices. We will definitely be back again.
