I used Bug Man/Crawlspace Care to seal the crawlspaces of two properties. From the time they came to inspect and give a quote, to the completion of each job, they were very professional, thorough and straightforward. The crew also seemed to really enjoy working together, which was a refreshing change of pace.
I can and do highly recommend BugMan/Crawlspace Care and their services.
Also...The air quality and temperature regulation in the houses have already shown great improvement. So, I also highly recommend sealing or encapsulation of crawlspace.

Was expecting more than just a couple of bags of bait thrown around. Wanted the holes closed but was told he didn't bring anything but bait. I feel it was a complete waste of my money. Had to call another company that did the job correctly. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a large in-ground yellow jacket nest that I felt required professional attention. My Bugman technician arrived on time and they did excellent work. The technician willing answered all my question and they were very pleasant. My experience with Bugman was very good and I recommend them for your pest eradication needs.

I highly recommend Bug Man Exterminating! We recently had a millipede/spider issue and they 100% took care of it. I worked with Bobbie initially, and she was wonderful in getting my inspection on the books quickly, even with a full schedule. Michael did our inspection, answered all of our questions, and took care of the issue the day he came out. Everyone is great! We will 100% continue using Bug Man Exterminating quarterly.

From the initial contact we were very impressed with the company. Cory was on time, explained everything throughly to my husband and myself. We were very impressed that this is a “green company”, as we have an elderly dog that we also wanted to protect. Cory was very through in walking around the house, and telling us where the bugs were. He spent some time in our crawl space to evaluate what needed to be done for a possible encapsulation. All in all his knowledge of his business and professionalism was second to none. Bug Man has did a really good job for us for what we needed. Our Ants are mostly gone after just a week or so and we had plenty of Carpenter Ants in the house. We will use Bug Man for all our needs now since they have did a great job from day 1. I was very pleased with my interaction with Bug Man Exterminating all the way around. Their office staff was efficient and easy to talk to as well as knowledgeable and helpful. The technician that came to my house was very courteous and professional. They also did a great job of following up to make sure I was happy and had the necessary paperwork I needed, but didn't blow my phone up in the process which was awesome! I will definitely use them again next spring when the ants come back as they do every year.

Well I was suppose to have the service for six month because that's what the representative offer me , then after the six months they call me to schedule me for the next treatment but I didn't know that was after the six months contract nobody call me to notify me that that was a additional month and they went and charge me in my card that didn't authorized to be charged and I call the company the secretary toll me that they make does mistakes sometimes and that her manager was going to call me to help me with the mater so it's been two weeks and nobody call me I think it&apos
