I went in and ordered a door. I gave him the specific measurements for the size door I needed, which was 36 x 82 1/2. He told me it would be ready by Friday. My installer picked it up. He tears down the old door and attempts to install the new one, and it is too short. It is 36 x 79. I called Southern Sash and they tell me that he is busy doing… inventory and will have to call me Monday. They are closed to the public. So counting their inventory is more important than dealing with a situation they caused. Now I have NO DOOR!!! and no one has even attempted to deal with the situation. POOR
