Our fairly has used this business on three separate occasions without complaint, They are nice people and have done good work for us. But something is currently very wrong.
We placed an order with them 2 months ago. Since that time we have made several calls asking when the shades will be installed. Their answer has been "let us check and well get back to you". THEY NEVER CALLED US. Recently when I called them during their posted normal business hours their phone is not answered. When it goes to voice mail I receive the message that their in-box is full and can accept no more messages
