Sales Simplicity offers robust functionality to select and manage options selections, tied to your lot stages of construction, including inclusive, exclusive and intersecting options to drive profitability. Wildcard option rules, option images, custom options management and more are all integrated into the application.
With that access, buyers can log-on anytime from anywhere to see their contracts and selected options. Buyers can contact the builder right from the Customer Portal with any concerns, and Customer Portal is tied to Facebook and Twitter, so the ever-important social network references can help the home builder expand his business and sell more homes.
Users of Sales Simplicity can now access graphic "dashboards" fed from Sales Simplicity right to your mobile device. Now you can manage your business from anywhere with the ability to see broad overviews as well as the specific sales performance of each user, giving you a unique perspective of your company's operations.
Sales Simplicity has several customer-facing departments, all of which utilize a ticketing system to help builders keep track of their requests, and which allows us to assign requests to the appropriate group to get you an answer. We offer training on the subjects below, in addition to any further questions you may have. Troubleshooting tickets that we escalate to a quick screenshare for clarity is not considered billable training.
