As a small, family owned company we take pride in servicing our past clients and we aim to do so for many more decades to come. The Kitchenworks provided a total remodel of our kitchen and butler pantry, including all new appliances. We had used The Kitchenworks in a previous remodel as well. In both instances, we found them to be highly professional, responsive and able to interact positively with our general contractor.

Called into showroom today after being recommended by a family friend. The gent in the show room was so rude, didn’t have time to talk to us although there was only another couple in the show. I knew exactly what I needed sized etc. He wasn’t willing to even give me a price to busy too much paper work to do.

I discovered these on the internet and decided to visit as we are having a kitchen extension and need a new kitchen. They are the biggest manufacturers in the NE and although they do not have an extensive showroom, what they have on display is very interesting. I have now visited three times and on the second occasion, I took my wife. We decided to have a free kitchen design and the salesperson/designer was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate me and quote for the kitchen. I was very impressed.

Absolute shambles - issue after issue since ordering (no surprises everything was great during sales process). Our order turned up late, with missing doors, with doors the complete wrong size, all hinge holes drilled incorrectly (even after a site survey at our home). After not receiving a call back on reporting all of these issues with the order I went in to the office where replacement doors were promptly ordered and promised for delivery by 23rd October - needless to say they didn't arrive then.

£385 Fridge freezer broke after 16 months!! After waiting 3 months for it to be repaired, was told it was beyond repair. As it was 4 months past the 12 months guarantee, they didn’t want to know, “ nothing to do with us”.

Worst customer service ever. These people just take your money and run! When you buy a high end kitchen one would expect that the company would be there for you when you need them but this isn't the case with kitchenworks. To begin, when looking at their display kitchens we got yelled at by one of the salespeople for opening drawers and cabinets while they were using the display kitchen to have a meeting when they clearly have offices in the back for meetings. They practically wanted everything up front before even installing the kitchen and seeing if it was the way I wanted! They took weeks

After speaking with a few other companies who were unable to provide me with the information I needed regarding a particular ice maker, I was very lucky to have stumbled upon Armand's contact information at The Kitchenworks. Armand knew exactly what I was looking for and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased our new ice maker that day and it was delivered and installed the following week! Armand recommended Marcos and his team for delivery and installation. I am happy he did, as they were very professional and careful with the installation. I highly recommend The Kitchenworks

I bought a suite of appliances from The Kitchenworks over 5 years ago. When you are that far away from the sale, you really don't expect much in the way of assistance particularly when the appliance in question was out of warranty. I initially called to get a referral for repair but was pleasantly surprised when Armand took the time to hook me up with the manufacturer rep to see if the parts were still under warranty. He was responsive, kind and went above and beyond to help a past customer. I will use them again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Do not give this company your business. Here's why: my 1997 SubZero wasn't worth repairing anymore, so I purchased a new SubZero from Kitchen Works here in Fort Lauderdale. The installers delivered the unit on time, but I give them no credit for that ... even a discount operation can do that.

What bothered me was that the original piece of stainless steel trim between the floor and the bottom of the unit needed replacing. (It's called a toe-plate or something like that.) The installer told me he'd have a new piece in a few days. Well, days went by, then weeks. Calls to Kitchen

I used Kitchen Works several years ago to provide cabinetry for my entire house. They were on the high end and I was very satisfied. However, I called to have my cabinets tightened up and some paint refreshed, could not get a return call, finally called again and spoke with Susan and she assured me someone would call to set up appointment with carpenter...still waiting 3 weeks later.
