I called their office at 8:30am and Jamie was at my door at 10:00am the same day. The security and smoke alarm installation was scheduled and completed with 48 hours of my call. Wow... Awesome customer service! I am now having them install a carbon monoxide detector. Jamie and his team are wonderful.

Our previous company’s equipment quit working and after no communication from them, a lot of headaches and attempts to get our security back up and running for two very long months, we canceled that contract & decided to find a security company that’s local. We are very satisfied with HSI Security Services. Their service is phenomenal. I called their local number on late Friday afternoon and left a message. Within few minutes, they answered my call and scheduled an appointment for the very next day (Saturday). Jamie showed up at my door step as promised and explained the various options. After picking the options I needed, I was up and running within 3 days. The price is reasonable and I would recommend HSI to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable alarm monitoring service in mid-south.

Very professional and timely. Explained everything and had plenty of options to choose from. Installation occurred when scheduled and the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The alarm system is very easy to use and I can program the door alarm to the sound and volume I want. I would highly recommend HSI Security.
