I called Corey and got immediate emergency services. I had a very sticky situation that was no fault of my own but something that most people would not have been as kind and not only professional but truly willing to help. I had been without heat for almost 24 hours with a baby and he helped me when nobody could. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is in need of assistance especially in Emergency cases.

I’m so impressed with Kory from Emergency Response-HVAC (I managed several retail businesses over 40 years so I’ve got lots of experience w/repair vendors.) My central AC stopped cooling late one night. My pet and I were hot and uncomfortable. I called Kory with a friend‘s suggestion. See the following.

Emergency Response HVAC is amazing! I called them this morning due to having no heat & they came out the same day, no questions asked. Once they arrived, they made sure they understood the situation & immediately got to work! They are so thorough & very professional! They explain everything they do to your system so you can understand it better! After cleaning & looking at the system, the issue was found & fixed quickly! It is now super warm in the house again!! They cleaned up their work area & left it just as it was beforehand! I would 150% recommend these guys to anyone, they are so friendly

Korey was great. He was incredibly responsive and willing to work within our schedule. When he arrived, he was already wearing a mask and wore his mask any time he was in the house or in close proximity to us. He talked us through his entire diagnostic process and was willing to answer any questions. Overall, he was communicative, professional, efficient, and personable.

Kory has been fantastic working on the equipment at our pizza shop. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. The part that needed to be replaced took a few weeks to come in. He made sure he called every week to give us updates. He was very thorough when the part did come in and did a great job repairing it.

Very professional . Answered my questions, and explained what he was doing. Every thing done for my system he explained why and what the benefits were of it. I took away a star due to the fact he was so busy, I was happy once I got his maintenance contract which promised service within 48hrs, I had to use it once and he was a man of his word.
