Extremely poor customer service from our sales rep, Jason.
Hey this - they send out my invoice (snail mail) on the 9th of June. Jason texts me 4 business days later asking when I will pay the invoice ($345). I let him know that I haven’t received the invoice yet. He says the office will send one via email shortly. I receive the invoice within 20 minutes. The invoice has “PAST DUE!” Written all over it.
I’ve never been past due on anything. I tell him this is not a good business model as it technically isn’t past due since I had. It received it until that day. He says “I have nothing
