Dr Pipe has an inspection contract with my condo building and has had a contract for quite some time. But I will be working on not getting that contract renewed.
Approximately two months ago Dr Pipe came to our condo building to assess possible plumbing issues throughout the building.
I was told that I had a few valves that needed to be changed and to call to make an appointment. I called a week later to be told the dispatcher would call to set an appointment, that never happened.
I called again about ten days later to be told, "The dispatcher will be contacting you today to set an appointment

Dr Pipe came to work on the toilet in my apartment today. Competent and gracious man. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that later, after he left, I realized the toilet isn't perfectly stable. He came to correct something different, but I was surprised the toilet was unstable once his work was done.

I've had a good and a horrible experience with these guys. It depends on who you talk to and who comes out. They are also typically vague and unwilling to give estimates. They snaked my tub drain a few times and finally told me since snaking was not working more extensive work was needed. The guy who recommended the work explained the process of what was needed and how it would be done. Unfortunately the guys who came did not. They ended up costing me additional money to hire someone to come in and fix the mess they left behind. This included a huge unnecessary hole that was left in the drywall
