Carlos was amazing to work with. He gave a very honest feedback on the problem, gave me the right options along with pros and cons of each of them and helped me in making the right decision for my needs. We spoke with 6 pool service companies before going with Sigma. The thing that was apparent right off the bat is that Carlos communicates. He picks up the phone, he texts back. He spent time answering questions when we wanted to convert to a UV system. His prices are competitive, he does timely installation repair work and he's got a warm personality. That stuff goes a long way in our book. So glad we're working with him!

Carlos has been amazing, our pool and spa have never looked so good. He is honest, reliable and reasonable. He has taken care of all repairs and always sends me photos of anything that needs to be replaced or fixed. We had several pool services that told us we needed to purchase a new very expensive pool vacuum and Carlos said we absolutely didn’t need to waste our money. I highly recommend him!

I had a great experience working with Sigma Pool Service, I need it to replaced my old pump, Carlos recommended a new variable speed Pump and He did an awesome job, the installation looks super clean and he took his time to explain to me how the new pumps works. Overall I’m very satisfied with his service! If there were more star I would totally give him more!
