I recently had a landscaping project done at my home in Arlington Heights. After reading several reviews about Lotus Landscaping, I decided to call for an estimate. Lou, the owner, immediately responded and came to my home to discuss the project. I had my front lawn completely resodded. In addition, I had decorative rock work installed in my backyard. Lou pays careful attention to detail and went above and beyond my expectations with extras that enhanced the look of my home. Upon completion of the entire project, we walked the front and back yards to make sure everything was done to my liking.

I called other landscaping companies to get quotes and left several messages with no return calls. I called Lotus and a very professional and efficient Jessie answered the phone and set me up with an appointment with Lou who came out within a few days and gave me a quote. No need to look further- Lotus Landscaping is the one!!!

Working with Lou is magical...because it doesn't feel like work. He is professional, friendly, kind, and genuine. He aims to understand your vision and is able to bring it to fruition with grace and ease. The Lotus office staff and the guys doing the work are courteous and fun. I cannot recommend Lotus highly enough and will absolutely continue to use them. An Arlington Heights gem, for sure! (And that edging!!! 🤯💞)

Lou and his team completed a large landscaping project and built us a retaining wall and stairs around our new patio. It all turned out great - the wall and steps are flawless, and the landscaping is beautiful. Lou was always available to talk via phone or text and helpful with design and decisions. Mary and Jessi in the office were great to work with on the quote, payment, etc. Definitely would recommend and use them again!

I cannot say enough great things about Lou and Lotus Landscaping. Through a friend, we found them and first had an estimate drawn up. I first noticed how quickly (very important to me) Lou responded to me whether it be via call or text. He gave me an estimated date the requested work would start and be completed (stood by it, even with some additional changes we requested after the fact). We did a total remodel of our backyard and wanted a brick firepit built in and a brick retention wall along the front of our house, and the results are phenomenal! The details in their brick work had all my neighbors

We are recently moved into a single-family home that had been a rental property for 6 years. Little to no maintenance had been done in the garden beds over those 6 years and the property was overrun with a museum collection worth of weeds, thistles, dead stumps, and buckthorn as tall as the powerlines. We have worked with Lotus Landscaping for over 8 years and are very happy with their service. They offer a wide range of services and are happy to help with anything at any time. If we ever have an issue they are very quick to assist with it in any way. The crew is always polite and waves hello and is patient and understanding if we sometimes have to quickly move kids toys out of the yard especially since the kids have been home so much more. Lou and his team did an amazing job on our property! We moved into a home that had not been lived in consistently in four years and when our landscaping contact was unable to finish the job due to illness, Lou stepped up big time! They did a 180 for our property on our leaf problem, the bushes are neat and tidy for the first time since we moved in, and they also did some tree trimming for us thanks to the recent high winds cracking branches onto our garage and into our backyard. They were attentive to every detail and Lou is very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this hard working
