My windshield cracked in July. Clear advantage repaired the crack, which did not look good after they repaired it and began spidering just over a month later. I called and was told that their work was not guaranteed and spidering was expected. However I have had windshields repaired from other places and have never had an experience where they spider after such a short period of time; in fact they have often held for years after repair.
Again it didn't look good when they repaired it, and certainly doesn't look good now that I have to replace the entire windshield.

First time using this company was great.
This time, I have been trying for 2 months to get a single pane home window replaced. For the hottest two months of the year I have not been able to open my living room window. Installation technician did not show up on the first scheduled day for measurements, or the scheduled installation day. Lackadaisical attitude from everyone involved; I do not believe that my business is of any importance to them.

Experienced some challenges during the initial installations, after speaking with customer service these issues were immediately resolved with true professionalism. Product quality is very important but people always buy from people who treat them with respect. I was treated with respect and would be willing to continue to do business with Clear Advantage Glass. Carl was absolutely amazing to work with. After striking out with our contractor we Googled our hearts out but no one we called would get back to us with quotes (why is it so hard to get people to let you give them money?). Carl came out within the same week to measure and quote us and arranged installation in an easy way. Our shower looks great. Thanks guys!

Honest and straight to the point. Was very clear and did not set any unrealistic expectations. He was kind and made us comfortable as we waited for him to finish fixing the chip in our car. I would say it was about 15-20 min. Overall we were very pleased with his service, and the more we talked to him the more we could tell he genuinely enjoys helping.

Very professional though they're very busy.
I called about a cracked glass door and they scheduled 4 days in the future to measure. They measured as scheduled, called with a fair quote the same day and scheduled for the next day to replace the glass. The technicians arrived as scheduled (totally rare for any kind of contractor) and did the work neatly and very quickly leaving no mess behind.

Very impressed. We got a large chip in our windshield and had called a dozen other places who were scheduling a week out. I called this morning and was told to just come on in, and they had us out the door in under 30 minutes. There was quite the crater in the middle of the windshield, and it's still there, but seems to be filled well. Great service.
