Cleaning Report

Free pick-up and delivery is available for customers with large room-sized rugs (8x10 or greater) in the Charlotte area within a 20 mile radius of our store. A shipping charge may be added for customers further away. Pickup and delivery days are Monday through Wednesday and require a 1-day notice in advance.

On time and courteous in picking up rugs, and they will do most of the furniture moving (they’d probably do it all, but I did having the dining room chairs moved out of the way). They really know find rugs and I trust them to take the best card of ours.

Great people and on-time service. They really know fine hand-knotted rugs and how to fix them. They worked a miracle with my pet-urine stained rugs. And very friendly! They stored my rugs for 3 months free while being cleaned and while I moved. 😁

BEFORE: Resa & crew removed a glob of hardened glue (size of a coaster) on high-end imported Chinese wool rug.
AFTER: Now not a trace to be found. Perfect results!!!
Came highly recommended by 2 friends with silk and wool imports. I only trust Pineville Rug gallery with all types of rugs. Also their selection of new rugs is exquisite! *****

Pineville Rug Gallery is THE place to take Persian or other rugs to be cleaned and/or repaired. Knowledgeable,friendly, reasonable staff.
