Discuss the costs and advantages of each plan with your own personal Home Building Consultant. If you already have a home plan you like from somewhere else bring it along.

Every Southland Custom Home includes custom-built, all-wood kitchen and bath cabinetry. We offer full-time designers to help add function, fashion and dramatic flair to any room in your home.
If one of our home plans is perfect for you- that's fantastic-but if not, we will modify any of our plans for free. You may already have a home plan or prefer designing a unique home from "scratch." If so we will be happy to work with you. Plus, if you build with us there is no charge for our custom design services.

Southland Homes did a great job for us. Our Builder, Brian, was fantastic and responsive to questions and changes that come up in construction. One of the best parts of the process was the ability to customize the floor plan to our needs. We are now in our home about 3 months and so very happy.

We love our home that Southland built for us. The entire process was a great experience. We felt like a "friend" was building our house. Our Project Manager was great about explaining the processes and educating us on how and why certain materials were being used. In the end, we got exactly the home we wanted. It is a very well built house and we have no issues at all. It's energy efficient, our utility bills have been way lower than we expected. If we were to build again we would absolutely have Southland build another house for us.

We have been in our house that Southland built for about a year and a half now, and we are still so in love with our home. What drew me to Southland was the ease of the building process with them...They are very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. I was able to choose what I wanted and was well informed of all of the details of the process. Lucrisa answered every question I had, and if there was ever an issue, she made me feel like she would get it resolved asap. Their prices are very competitive with other builders in the area and I loved that their office was centrally

Jody and the rest of the people we dealt with are great. Southland built us the home of our dreams. It is quiet inside because of the good insulation and windows. If we don’t see a car pull up we don’t hear it. You cannot go wrong getting a home built by Southland. Thanks to everyone there for a great experience. One last piece of advice. If Jody suggests something you don’t think you need you will be wrong. She was right and luckily it didn’t cost us much to add back in what we thought we didn’t need. She is a real pro so listen to her.

cannot tell you how many times we changed our minds about the floorplan but through it all Lucrisa and Scott were very patient. Love, Love, Love our new home with all the modifications, great quality and workmanship. Would choose them again if we need to build in the future

We had a great design and building process with Southland, the entire process of design, permitting, land clearing and construction was under a year. We truly appreciated Southland’s design assistance and flexibility as we were downsizing and looking to build a home where could comfortably age in-place. We are very pleased with our open design for entertaining and for the high end finishes throughout.
No process is perfect and there were a few minor corrections, but the measure of customer service is how a company deals with those challenges. Southland always had our satisfaction as their goal

Southland is the best. We ran into many unforeseen and strange difficulties with both the county and city concerning permits, and it looked at one point as if our house would never get built. Everyone at Southland went above and beyond, were very patient with our frustrations, did everything they promised and then some!
