Very unprofessional and disorganized. Did not show up 3 times to meet me to rent a unit and said he was there all the time. Very frustrating and discourteous. Not a way to do business. Would not recommend this place!

I had one whole year of cleanliness, safety and amazing customer service from the owner Rich. Anything I needed and every time I called he picked up or called back. Every month he provided me with my receipt of payment as well. If I needed another place to store my belongings id do it with Max Storage and Rich again!

Max Storage is one of the cleanest facilities I’ve been in. Beautiful paved driveways,
Clean storage units, 24 hour access entry with easy access codes. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. I can go in 24 hours a day and feel good with the complete facility lit up and security cameras. I’ve looked at other places including U-Haul public storage, etc. and Max Storage is the best place to rent a storage unit from.

Extremely clean, very new facility. Reasonable rates with no hidden costs. 24 hour access without extra charges. Securely gated with only access by code. Bright lighting all night long so you don't have to enter in the dark. Central location in West Springfield with easy access to and from highways.
Owner is super nice and easy to work with.
Highly recommend!
