Shortly after you contact us to request your dock construction or repair inquiry our Operations Manager will arrange to meet with you personally to do a full inspection and measurement of your dock or investigate the repairs needed. We answer our phones and monitor all email submissions and assure you we will be prompt to contact you to setup a convenient time that works best for your schedule.
Our barges are specifically fitted with the most accurate piling driving equipment to offer the best positioning possible. Our years of experience in professional pile driving projects are a large part of how we ensure to deliver you the best looking dock building results. We have barges on Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish setup for pile driving.
Our local operations manager will come out personally to discuss your needs and desires and do a full measurement of your project. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your new dock construction, restoration or repair needs. Clark took good care of both my brother's dock, and my dock. Very friendly, super responsive, and professional through and through. In the past we had tried working with another dock company but they weren't responsive and had repeated delays in getting permits and dealing with approvals. Clark came through for my brother quickly in the winter season, and took care of me, too. We are both happy to know and work with Lakeside + Clark.

I'm very impressed with Clark Stahl and his team at Lakeside Construction. They do almost all the dock work on Lake Sammamish and I can see why. Clark runs a great business! He's very quick to respond, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm a Realtor and I hired Lakeside to do a dock inspection for us. They came right out quickly (which is important in real estate transactions), gave us the information we needed and didn't even charge a fee for the inspection!

If you want to build a new dock or repair an old dock, don't look past Clark and Lakeside Construction. My neighbor recommended Clark (the owner). We have a property in Mercer Island and I used them to repair an old dock and build a new extension and I recommended Clark to a friend of mine. It worked out great for us.

Clark and the team from Lakeside Construction created my dream dock. The team were on time and I always felt like their most important customer. When we had a few things that we wanted to change and improve, Clark bent over backwards to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. His attention to customer service is absolutely unmatched. This is the best company on the market in the entire Seattle area. Lakeside owner Clark is a great leader and business person. For those guys customer satisfaction is #1. Its so hard these days to find the real contractor to do work in a professional manner, on time and on budget. Great job guys! We will definitely work together again. Highly recommended!

We hired Lakeside Construction (owner Clark Stahl) who is contracting Jay Irwin for permitting
on January 3rd 2018 to do a dock permit and dock. After 6+ months no significant progress has been made. Communication is super slow and non-transparent. Only rude emails from Clark (if he decides to answer every now and then). You should think very carefully before hiring them, and watch out for the large amount of money requested in advance - big red flag that we sadly missed.

Lakeside Construction completely rebuilt our dock on Lake Washington. The Owner, Clark Stahl, expertly guided us through the permitting process and the Dock options. His crew were great to work with, and the final product is the most handsome dock on the lake. Bottom line - this is a fabulous company and I highly recommend them for any dock work.

Clark and his team at Lakeside are great. In fact, if you've had any experience with contractors in the past, you might think that Lakeside's approach is too good to be true and that there must be a catch. Well, good news--they do fabulous work, honor their commitments, have a great communication style with frequent progress updates, and provide transparent and fair pricing. They'd certainly be the first team I'd call if I ever need future work on a dock and who I would recommend to anyone in need of dock work.

Lakeside replaced our aged dock surface and also sleeved our piers to make them stronger and longer lasting. Despite a potential setback with a supplier that could have affected our project completion they went above and beyond the call to ensure that our dock was completed on time. Their work is top-notch and we are very pleased with the final result.
