Ok, after going to the big box stores to see what all they had for a new tile job I had planned on doing at my house I decided to stop in here. Given, I have spent 3 months planning exactly what I want to do and how I’m going to do it. I’m replacing a tile shower in an older house and was going to use the tried and true “and inexpensive” method of preslope/liner/bed/mortar/waterproofer/tile for the bottom of the shower. I told them I already have most of the materials as well as the tile. All I was looking for was some mosaic tile for the floor “that’s it”. Next thing I know he just

I highly recommend Tile and Stone Market. They were extremely helpful picking out the tile for our bathroom remodel (thanks Adam!). And, when we ran out of grout, they had us another bag the next day. They definitely stand by their product. Be sure to check them out.

First off, we are very happy with the tile we received. The problem is that we are not overly pleased with their return policy. We have an entire unopened box of tile that we had leftover after the job was complete. When we called to inquire if we could return the box, we were told no because the company doesn't sell large quantities of that style of tile and it would probably sit at the store for an extended period of time.
My only suggestion would be to inquire on if they will allow you to return any unused boxes of the tile style you select. Either that or don't be overly cautious on your estimating

The sales associate was very nice and courteous, seemed egar to help and answer any questions I had. If I asked about something he didn't have he graciously referred me to someone that did. No pressure while looking or trying to make decisions. Wish there were more like the associate that helped me. If memory serves, thre young man's name is Adam, but I make no promises.

An impromptu stop at Tile and Stone Market in Huntsville led my wife and me to choose Jim Buchanan as the provider for tile in our master bathroom renovation--despite the fact that we live three hours south. Not only was Jim knowledgable and helpful, it was the selection of an Italian tile in his shop that led us to move forward with our project. Then, at the last minute when additional mosaic tile was needed, Jim went out of his way to meet me quite a distance down the road to handoff the additional tile. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend Jim and the folks at Tile and Stone Market for their

Excellent service and everything was as it should be. We ordered tile for 4 bathrooms, a laundry room, and a pet room. We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience. We will be ordering additional tile for our kitchen backsplash and our porches. They have a great selection of products and competitive prices. We look forward to working with Tile and Stone Market again.

Very disappointed. The owners missed important dates with our tile, miscalculated quantities of tile, and never communicated any of this to us. If the tile was going to be delayed I would have expected a phone call to let us know that. If there would've been questions on the amount of tile that needed to be ordered, I expected questions to be asked. There was no communication at all. When asked for discounts on the month our project was put behind the owners refused to work with us and blamed our contractor. I would not recommend working with this company at all.

Let me start this off with I love the tile that I received from Tile and stone market. The service and communication are the problems.
First of all, it took 3 trips to get the invoice to list the correct tile sizes and types.
October 3rd, tile was "ordered". Today is November 11th and I should finally have all the tile installed (not the installers fault).
First batch of tile was due in on Thursday October 6th. Finally arrived on October 17th (first part to do kitchen floor, with second part following a few days later) due to "shipping delays". Great, now we can get to work putting the tile
