Don't believe ANY of the 4-5 star reviews ! I used this company to move all my household belongings including one-of-a-kind artwork. I was naive and assumed they were professionals who knew what they were doing. These hacks managed to damage nearly EVERY piece of furniture I own from scratches to gouges to dents....etc. They left a mark on everything. Even some of my artwork is damaged. I don't think they used a single moving blanket to protect my belongings. They take no responsibility for their recklessness and simply stop taking your phone calls. I can't believe these idiots are still in business

A2B moved our furniture and boxes into their warehouse while we were having the entire interior of our house -- floors and walls -- redone, causing us to move out for a few weeks. Grant Pardo was our main contact. From the start, he was communicative, accessible, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable with regard to our enormous endeavor! We were especially appreciative of his flexibility when we had to reschedule the move back into the house by several days because the workers weren't going to be quite finished by the originally proposed date. From start to finish, we could not have been more happy with our choice to go with A2B. The office connected with me for a virtual tour of our home and we showed them the furniture items that we would be taking. They guessed the weight within 80 pounds!! Just a few days later Tim Allen and his WA 'A' crew showed up (Sadee and Brandon) and just did a fabulous job of taking care of not only our furniture, but working with us through a very emotional time as well.

We hired A2B Moving & Storage to move the majority of our belongings from Duvall to Gig Harbor. We had them stop at a storage unit first and then our apartment. The did an excellent job loading and unloading and were very efficient! We will definitely reach out to A2B in the near future to assist with our final move. This move started out with a confident quote from Ryan from A2B. When he walked our house to give us a competitive bid on our move he gave us confidence by referring to his ability to accurately quote amount of boxes needed and the overall poundage of our household goods. He said that he has been doing this work for decades and would be surprised if his quote was off 1000 lbs. This confidence made us pick his bid in good faith. His justification was that typically people get rid of furniture before the move, so he anticipated that we would actually pay less than the quoted cost.

On 8/12/21, the dynamic team of Tim Allen, Carlos, and Abraham moved our family's belongings from storage to their warehouse in preparation to transport it to the North Dallas, TX area where we now reside. The crew who came out to do the actual move were very, very good. This was Brandon, Demarius(spelling?), and John. We have no complaints with them whatsoever.
The reason for the negative rating is based on the initial estimate done by Ryan Peltier. We have moved a number of times and do understand what a non-binding estimate is, however the estimate Ryan gave my husband was 4 times lower than the actual cost. The estimate was so far from reality it was ridiculous. The crew was surprised when they arrived at the home and saw that the estimated time and effort had been greatly underestimated

Dennis and his team (Hugo, Javier, Troy, and Walter) were a dynamite crew! Professional, hard working, and the perfect mix of speedy and careful in all that they did to facilitate a super smooth move. I would recommend A2B to anyone who desires a stress free moving experience! Grant was also awesome in orchestrating and scheduling our move - even contracting out a company to construct crates to transport our fragile stone table tops!

Tim and his 'A- team' showed up on time and had our business all loaded up in no time!!! We were so far behind schedule, after renting a truck from Budget, that was not road worthy (they said we should call roadside assistance before we left) we made the decision to hire out the move. I had contacted A2B in October thinking we would be moving in November.... but we decided to do it ourselves (Wa to Fl) called them back Monday, December 7th with a SOS - and they came to the rescue!!! Idk why other customers said they don't practice COVID guidelines, because when I asked if they would wear masks and social distance they had no problem complying. Just completed a move from Oregon to Washington. We used A2B Moving labor to unload a 16' POD and a 15' Uhaul truck. (Yes I waaay underestimated how much I had!). I have never had such a positive experience with a moving company. They were exceptional.
The schedulers Rose in particular and also Cheyene were efficient and very pleasant to work with. Rose's sense of humor made things less stressful.
The 2 moving labor teams for each truck were polite, professional, considerate and just nice guys. Thanks to Juvie and Gustavo for the great service and extra storage unit stop. Fast

Very efficient and professional service from the company and employees. Took charge of everything and got a very big job done in two days. A residence full of stuff collected over 32 years was packed up and moved to storage and kept them until they came 10 months later to move it into a new home. Friendly and considerate and acted on our every request. We think they were terrific.

A2B did an absolutely amazing job. We had a very bad experience with another moving company so my hopes were not high but A2B blew my expectations out of the water. They showed up on time, were efficient, careful and friendly. I was surprised to see absolutely everything made it from start to finish with zero damage. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Awful experience. Please don't use them if you have expensive stuff and do really care about their service quality. Here is my story:
I was scheduled for 3 moving crews for unloading at Bellevue area. I have contacted our loading assistant company talking to Rose and Caroline on onloading day and two times prior to my move, continuously asking them to please make sure that there are three crews available.
On moving day only two people showed up. I called them right away, and they said they will look into this (Rose). I mentioned my stuff are heavy and hard to be picked up
