Eric was a pleasure to talk to, answering all of our questions and gave a very thorough explanation of the process from start to finish and went through our home to give a fair and proper price before the cleaning. Jesse was very nice and reassured me again of the process and did a stellar job of cleaning the carpets. We are very pleased overall and would recommend Hoerr and use them again.

Jesse was professional, effective, and efficient. I received a call letting me know he was on his way and when he arrived, he assessed the area of work, asked about specific problems, told me his plan of attack, and went to work.
