My wife called Glavas Concrete about a month ago to have them take a look at our concrete driveway. Our driveway is cracking and we were looking to have it replaced or repaired. Mr. Tozier came out and looked at it. He gave my wife a verbal estimate and stated that he would get a written estimate to us. Well we have been waiting for almost 5 weeks now. I have contacted Mr. Tozier several times to try and get the estimate. Each time I have gotten the response that "I don't have your e-mail, can you send it to me". Well email is how we contacted Glavas originally, so he should have it. I even texted

I helped this company become a powerhouse in the decorative concrete industry. I would love to help them return to their former glory they maintained before the buyout. Work is decent most of the time but the employees which are very talented lack respect of ownership which decreases moral and quality of installations.
