I canceled my service with Priority One due to moving, but they never told me I had to contact ADS to cancel the monitoring service. After months of paying ADS (After I thought I canceled) I saw that I was still being charged for monitoring services. Priority Alarm should have told me canceled through ADS but they didn't and it cost me for services I never used.
