They are top notch! We called when our AC quit mid day and it was already close to 90 degrees in my house and I have dogs inside. They were there as soon as they could and had the AC installed and the house cooling within an hour! Can't thank them enough! Great work, personable, and knew exactly what we needed! Sub Zero came to our rescue about a year ago when our practically brand new unit went out and no one else could fix it. They responded quickly and installed a new unit with reasonable prices. Every time we have had an issue, even at no fault of the air conditioner, they are prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend Mike and his team for your HVAC needs.

We just bought a home and before we even moved in, the AC went out. The home warranty company sent out some guy that wouldn't agree to do anything, so we called sub zero (who had already come out but the warranty company wouldn't let us use them). After the confusion, Sub Zero came again the same day, diagnosed the issue, and had a new AC for us in two days! We are so incredibly thankful for their help, their responsiveness, and their professionalism

I cannot say enough good things about this company. After being without AC for 4 days and being told by another well known company that we needed our whole system replaced, Sub-Zero came out the same day I called and had our AC working in a couple hours. They were also almost $1,000 cheaper than what the other company quoted me just to get the system running. My only regret is I didn’t call them first.
