Our partnership started on a rugby field, where we learned the value of skill, hard work and collaboration. When we met, Eric was an engineer in the high tech automation industry and Craig had recently completed a demanding four-year building apprenticeship program in New Zealand, his native country, where construction standards are high and workers are known for their obsessive dedication to excellence.
We believe transparency and trust go hand in hand. We include a complete breakdown of labor, materials and subcontractors costs, so that you have an exact understanding of where your money is being spent. This is what a typical Income/rental property remodel might cost. We don't work on projects at this level, but if you shop around you can find contractors that do.

We had a great experience with Elite Construction on the remodel of our small bathroom. The planning process was very smooth and clear and they were excellent communicators. The parts that they controlled completely were wonderful. One of the subcontractors was slower than expected and our timeline was delayed. We would still recommend them as they were above and beyond any contractor we have worked with. Honest, straightforward, high quality work, and fast.

I called Eric w/ Elite because I was in a jamb. I asked him to help with a commercial property even though he stated they work in residential. After explaining my situation (Wildfires) he understood and decided to try and help us out. Not only did he jump on it immediately but also returned some of the best work we've seen. I highly recommend Eric and Elite; he obviously has his heart in the right place and knows exactly what he is doing.

Over approximately 10 weeks, the Elite Construction team transformed my small bathroom space into something magnificent! A space beyond my wildest dreams. Eric, Craig, Loren & the rest of the Elite Construction Team are phenomenal to work with. I interviewed 5 different contractors when originally taking bids on the renovation of a duplex in Santa Cruz. Of the 5 bids, Eric's definitely wasn't the cheapest, but he passed my initial questions with flying colors, and has the most experience in the type of renovation project that I was working on. He also offered a lot of insight that I hadn't thought of even before I accepted his bid that actually made up for the cost difference in and of itself.

We had an unfortunate medical situation in the family that necessitated an immediate remodel of our downstairs bathroom to meet the new needs of a family member who suddenly found themselves disabled and in a wheelchair. I contacted many construction firms in the area, but received few real responses.
