Ace Landscaping did a very poor job rebuilding a pond for a friend of mine. He used overpriced, inferior materials and left a rip in the liner of the pool Refuses to phone her back and won't come correct his work. She had the pond redone by someone else this week and was charged less than 1/2 of what she paid Ace Landscaping. Only deal with this business at your own risk. I know she hired him in good faith but his shoddy workmanship has left her very disappointed to say the least. I'm glad she found someone who has now made her backyard pond into a feast for the eyes.

Made arrangements over the phone with landscaper to come by and give us an estimate. Didn’t show up. I called the company number and spoke with a nice lady who said either she or the landscaper would call back, and that she did not know why they didn’t show up. However, we never got a call back from either the receptionist or the landscaper again. Tried calling again, and was told someone would call me with an explanation or to reschedule the walk through and estimate; still no call back. Due to the poor communication, no-show, no apology, and poor service we will not be recommending this company

I hired them to cut some trees, take out the roots, take out weeds and cut some grass as well as clear some areas for gardening, and remove two bushes which they told me would take 1-2 weeks. Not only did they not complete the majority of these tasks in time, but I had to get them to come back in the second week, then again multiple times over the next two weeks after that. Every time I called to get them to come back they promised again and again that they'd complete the tasks only for me to need to call them again. We had our hillside landscaped with several shrubs and a drip system placed with this company. They guaranteed they would replace any that died. We had several die with in a few months. We called several times with the response they would be over to replace them. Never did! After a while they quit taking our calls and ignored the situation. Interesting they could come over and pick up money they needed for the job at 9 on any given night but didn't replace the shrubs with their guaranteed policy.Looking back we were over charged too. By six weeks it looked terrible. For the $700 they charged, I would expect the weeds not to grow so fast.
I should note, just before they left, they rinsed off the rocks after they were place. This create an area for the weeds to grow.
I called at least three times and they said they would be out next week to 'take care of it'. They never showed nor called to set up a time. The fourth time there was no response.

Corey and crew were timely in starting the project on time. Transparent when I altered the plans on what the potential cost changes would be allowing me to make a better decision. Horrible job and no follow trough. Very threatening towards women an automatic anger when questioned. Attacks other small businesses once jobs he completed turn out horrible, un level, trash and debris in fill dirt, sprinkler line leaking, valve area sunk in and leaking, not to grade, not insured to do landscape work. Runnnnn!!!!! Not worth the headache.

I purchased some bark (which, looks great - nice color and good quality bark) and I also purchased a large tree. (Love my tree) I thought the prices were very reasonable and comparable to other nurseries. (If anything I thought I got a better deal here than other nurseries in town.) I also, thought the service was nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back for sure!

I'd give this place five stars. This is a locally owned and run business that has an excellent selection in plants and landscaping services.
I thought the crew was friendly and April Palmer is very punctual and very organized with book keeping. I had no issues working with this company and I will come back again for more of my landscaping needs.
