Accidents happen and curbside mailboxes are a target for mistakes. In most cases, the entire mailbox structure will need to be rebuilt. Whether brick, stone, or concrete, we will rebuild according to HOA requirements, and as closely as possible to the original material and design. Brick and mortar are among the oldest building materials known to man, standing the test of time in both strength and design.
Owning a home can mean freedom and stability for many of us. It also means that you will have to perform routine maintenance to ensure that your home remains stable for years to come. In North Texas, especially in the DFW Metroplex, shifting land due to the soil composition and condition (or what your home is built on) often causes weak mortar to break and come loose from the brick or stone on your home's facade.
There are a variety of design options to consider when adding a cool shade system to your outdoor retreat. A pavilion will provide full deck coverage; pergola can have varying degrees of shade and open air; other shade structures can be as simple as a trellis in the garden. Most shade structures can be attached to the main house or stand alone detached.
Front, Back, or Side of the property, every home should have designated and easily navigated areas for foot traffic, bikes, carts, and cars. Beyond a textured concrete finish, there are many ways to enhance the deck or sidewalk to show a bit of flair. We offer beautiful finishes from imported Travertine to local Texas Lueders Limestone and Oklahoma Flagstone.

Scheduled an appointment several days in advance and received a call 18 minutes before the appointment time stating they had taken on a lot of new business and didn't have time for my job. Gave them 1 star because at least they had the courtesy to call rather than just not show up for the appointment.

Shannon, Jerry, and his crew were a pleasure to work with. First of all he answers the phone every time I called him. Even though he has a busy schedule, he fit me in right away. My mailbox got destroyed while we were on vacation. Yesterday they rebuilt it. They were very meticulous while building it. He even took the time to replace a brick on my house when I asked him to do so at the last minute. We are very satisfied with Borders Masonry and highly recommend them to needing any job done. They will do it on time and do it right. Thanks again Jerry.

I contracted with Jerry in January 2021 to overlay an existing patio with thick travertine stone. He and his small crew of professional stonemasons did a fantastic job. They were very easy to work with and were very willing to make small adjustments as they went along. The pride in the work they were doing was evident. The job was completed in a very timely manner, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

We had a storm in McKinney that brought our neighbors tree crashing through our fence and into our backyard and pool. Lots of damage inclulding breaking a 7' high brick column. After several bids we went with Borders and couldn't have been more pleased. Professional, responsive, and an overall great job. Thank you!

I've been working with Jerry Borders for well over a month now discussing the details of the project, assessing samples, and reviewing quotes. After agreeing on the scope, pricing, and an Aug. 24th start date, we prepared for the project to begin. When no one arrived by 10:00am, I sent Jerry a few texts inquiring on their ETA. Neither of my texts received a response. When I called Jerry directly to further inquire, he simply stated that he was no longer interested in the project and just hung-up on me. This guy is about as unprofessional as it gets. I just thank god he never actually

Be VERY careful scheduling a project with this company/gentlemen. Jerry Borders definitely talks a big game about all of his 5 star reviews he has (although he only has 3 on Google). I worked with them for well over a month reviewing the project details, getting samples created, and reviewing quotes., only to have them not show-up on the day the project was supposed to start. When I called Jerry around 10:00am to find out when they were planning on arriving, he quickly said he wasn’t interested in the job and promptly just hung-up the phone. I hired JERRY after getting several estimates to do a border wall and some other masonry work . His estimate was perfect for our budget and his timing was also great . He installed a border wall and did some rock edging for our flower beds . He and his team did an amazing job start to finish . He showed up when he said he would and finished right on time .
