HPW installed new hurricane windows and doors efficiently while we were living here. A total of 15 windows, 4 single doors, 3 French doors and installed a sliding door. Work area was always neat when they left for the day and any issue that developed was resolved to our satisfaction. Very nice, reliable staff. Everything functioned perfectly during the hurricanes! Great value for the cost! Highly recommend HPW.

Todd came out and spent time understanding our needs and making careful measurements in our vintage 1960's house. He gave us a competitive price. Once we decided to move forward he again returned with the Aaron the carpenter to double check all measurements before ordering. Installation went very well and Aaron was extremely careful and thorough. HPW also arranged for the inspection which went extremely well. Good communication during the entire process. Everything they said they were going to do they did.

I decided to have impact doors and windows installed in my two condos (6 windows and 2 front doors) and picked HPW as they installed 3 impact windows in my condo back in 2006. HPW only does windows and doors--keep that mind while reading the rest of this review. Day and night difference. In 2006 they installed the 3 windows in half a day and there has never had a problem. In 2015 they installed six windows and 2 front doors but it took them more than 15 times to come and get them right.
