We tried several pool care services before landing with this one and Kris/Phoenix Services and his tech Harold are the absolute best! Many other services (many of the well known and advertised ones in the area) we tried were in and out in two minutes, often not doing a complete job and/or leaving a mess when they left... along with algae growing in our pool or debris left behind. I’ve never had a problem in the many, many years of care with Phoenix services and can rest easy knowing they’re doing a great job each time. I appreciate Kris’ honesty and integrity and how they go above and beyond

If you use this company, your number one expectation is to be lied to!! I rate them with one star only because I can't do 1/2 star.
Alec WAS our pool guy.
For some "unknown" reason we received notification that they were discontinuing pool service, "IN OUR AREA." However, they are still servicing pools in our area. The explanation I got from the office,(because Kris wouldn't respond to my phone message or text message) was that Alec didn't want to service our pool and Alec gets to do what he want; Alec's response was that Kris told him to stop coming here. This came after Alec had done some costly

Used to work for this company. Unfortunalty I have a hernia and couldn't physically keep up so i left. This is hands down the best place to have all your pool needs meet and more. The owner himself will get out there 24/7 365 and the staff are all professionals that will do the job right or not do it at all.
