I purchased a new Coast spa from Carefree in 2019 that malfunctioned after just over a year. For over 8 months Tom provided various reasons why he couldn't repair it and changed stories on what was wrong. He is now pointing to the manufacturer who points back to CareFree and neither will perform the necessary repair. I'm now having to get an attorney to try and recover some of my money. Stay away from Coast and CareFree...it's anything but.

I recently had an issue with my Hot Tub Spa and needed attention right away. Nothing worse than being surprised when your hot tub goes on the blink. Thomas was very prompt and solved my problem quickly. During COVID, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such great service from a local company. Carefree spas came highly recommended to us. Thomas did not disappoint. After much research, we decided to go with carefree spas. We were able to get a hot tub in these tough COVID times. We had delivery scheduled and came across some issues on my end and Thomas accommodated us and rescheduled the delivery to meet our needs. We are first time hot tub owners and Thomas has been so helpful in the set up of the hot tub and the understanding of the water chemistry.

I shopped around quite a bit just to do my homework and found that Carefree was the absolute best in quality and craftsmanship as well as customer service. See, I grew up with a Carefree Spa back in the 80's and I know from history they outlast everything on the market. And now they are even better. Your money is well spent on this quality spa. Since the date we first purchased our spa, Tom and the rest of the staff at Carrfree has always gone out of their way to ensure we have everything we need to keep our spa operating at maximum efficiency. Most recently I needed a replacement keypad cover for our spa and after it arrived, Tom delivered it personally.
