Tempco Products Co. was founded in 1958 in Robinson, Illinois by Mervin J. Stillwell. The company has always focused on manufacturing, producing a number of products over the years including aluminum fishing boats, dry mix concrete, caskets, paint, electric motors and aluminum siding and soffit. In 1983, Tempco began manufacturing vinyl windows, and that has been its primary product since.
Unlike many manufacturers of vinyl window and door products, Tempco has remained in this business for more than 36 years and continues to support its products and warranties. We are proud to say that many of our original windows installed in the mid 1980's are still fully functioning. Tempco is one of the country's longest tenured manufacturers of vinyl windows and patio door products.
In 2007, Tempco's manufacturing operations were converted to lean manufacturing. Our entire manufacturing floor and processes are continually evaluated and monitored to be as efficient as possible. This results in increased flow throughout the manufacturing process and, most importantly, decreased waste.

I would like to place a review and hopefully get a response from the company. I own a small construction business in Wabash, IN. I’ve been using Tempco Replacment windows for 30 to 35 years. I went to the local lumberyard, Frantz Lumber in North Manchester, IN to order another window for a customer that has been replacing the windows in their house. They was doing it one window approximately one every 6 months. When I went in they had informed me that they would no longer be able to get the windows anymore. And my only recourse is to buy them from a business in Ft Wayne named Paul Davis Restoration
