At this family operated construction company, by closely interacting with clients, their dreams become reality. Don started building homes in the Columbus area in 1993 and has since built over 400 homes.
We offers a variety of floor plans at each development in Columbus and its surrounding area. Visit our floor plans and gallery to see more imagery of each subdivision. Ellerslie Place is located directly off Highway 315 and is set to open in mid-2020, including a playground, fishing dock, and walking trails.

The mortgage lender will provide you with the most up-to-date information on available loans, interest rates and pre-qualification.
You will receive a written warranty from the builder at closing. Even though your home will be inspected at various stages through the construction process, and we will perform a walk-through with you when your home is complete, there may be things you discover only after living in your new house. We ask that you keep a list of these items and send them to us after 30 days in your home, and again just prior to the first year anniversary.

We have built several custom homes overt the past 15 years. This was the first time for us to select a home that was already completed and ready to move in. It made us a little nervous, but we knew Donald and his family and believed in their character and their word. We also fell in love with the location of our new home and the layout of the house that Donald had built.

We built our home with Don during covid, from start to finish they communicated any delays and any changes that we had asked for they ensured they did them. When we met we asked for a few upgrades and changes to our plan, Don was always receptive to any questions or concerns we had. We have been in our house a little over a month now and when we did our punch list everything was handled very quickly! All of his subcontractors are on time and respectful. We have been in our new home just over a year now and we truly love the design we chose and the final look of our home. We were involved with the electrician to ensure outlets could be placed where we would have our TVs wall mounted in order to keep the cable hidden behind each TV in every room and they even placed a board where I showed them I would install the TVs which made it easy to mount since there was a solid board there install of having to search for the studs once the drywall was complete. We had our annual walk through in which we mention and showed the inspector the areas we noticed

I wouldn't let them build me a dog house. Shoddy work! Don't be fooled by the aesthetics and be prepared for a lifetime of issues with any home built by Don. They left a large tank in my back yard he promised to remove and 3 years later it's still there. My septic was installed incorrectly (which has caused major issues inside and outside of the home. I've spent a fortune addressing the issues. I called the Muscogee county health department and they outlined the issue with installation. It will cost 15-25k to repair. Don has taken no
