We were so pleased that our pool service recommended this company.
Eric and Travis arrived on time and did a very thorough leak test, finding the problem area.
Aaron dug out the newly poured pool deck and showed us the PVC pipe that was punctured by the concrete company during their demo. He was so helpful with politely showing the concrete company owner the issue. He worked efficiently and did a perfect cleanup. Aaron was a delight to work with.
All three of these guys were polite, efficient, on time, etc. Don't hesitate to use them.

I contacted Eric at EB. He returned my call promptly and his pre-appt communication was great. Pre-work he explained the process and possible scenarios. Once he started, he was able to pinpoint source of leak quickly and even cut the cost because it was so quick. For the record, the leak was probably within 1 foot of where I was already digging but since the water went directly into a drain, I could not find it. Eric's equipment was able to pinpoint it accurately. Previously I also had the water district come out. They had some basic leak detection equipment and also could not find it. He

Erick was through and professional. After he pressure tested the shower handle valve and piping he quickly diagnosed a faulty shower drain flange... he even offered to look at any other problems we might have since he still had time before his next appointment. He tested some warped baseboards I had recently noticed on our other shower, and was able to determine everything was dry and the damage was also from the previous owners.

Eric promptly responded to my initial inquiry. He was extremely knowledgeable about all leak detection types including pool leaks which was a major plus in my situation. He tested everything inside and out and isolated the difficult to find leak, and then offered varying options to fix himself or via other vendors he recommended. Price was very fair. Highly recommend and will use again in the future if needed.

It was a great experience working with Erik. His was the only leak detection company who called me back in a timely manner, and when he called back, he had time for an old man to ask him some questions. He came out and found my leak about where he said it would be on the phone.

Pool was leaking. They identified the problem and fixed it for under $1000. A larger competitor would have charged $50 more to come out initially and gave a ballpark estimate of likely repair work at a low end of $900, which would have totaled to $1400. Erik is very knowledgeable and was extremely responsive in email exchanges. Very minor gripe: I would have thought he'd make an appearance at least at the outset of the repair to introduce his staff who did the work, who did so in an efficient and thoroughly professional manner. (He did the initial assessment solo). This isn't a substantive complaint

We were having a problem with our spa partially draining overnight. We talked to our pool maintenance guy, and he was kind enough to ask one of his other clients who had a pool leak for the name of the company they had used as he knew that they had been very happy with the results. We were given the name of Erik at EB Leak Detection. Erik came out and did a thorough inspection of our connected spa, pool and waterfall. He found the leak and put in a temporary fix (like when you go to the dentist and get a temporary crown). He scheduled another employee to come out a few days later to do the

Both Erik and Aaron showed up on time as previously discussed, were super friendly demonstrating great customer care, and the job was estimated onsight and a fair price was given. We had one minor issue with spa covers, but Erik promptly got back to me and was here the same day to fix it. I appreciate EB Leaks responsiveness, transparency and great customer care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Excellent service and knowledgeable about his craft. Just bought a new home with a water feature in the backyard that appears to be losing water somehow. I called EB Leak Detection based on his good reviews in Yelp.
