We just had our countertops installed. We have a difficult kitchen as all the walls are brick and not plumbed square. Joe did a FABULOUS job! I would reccommend Allprocountertops.com any day! They have great prices and do really great work! So happy with my new countertops!

Lowe's sub contracted my new counter top installation to All Pro. I made a couple of phone calls with the All Pro office staff prior to installation day, a scheduling change and general questions; each time they were super friendly and knowledgeable! The young man they sent to my home to do the work, Jason was the nicest young man EVER! My friends and I have looked and looked, we cannot detect a single imperfection in his work. Not one. He kept his work areas clean and despite a couple of oddities in my project, he remained good spirited and consistently moving forward! A real craftsman

Ended up with this company from a Lowes countertop purchase. Mike Ekema was less than thrilled when at the house for the survey and measurements. He doesn't seem to happy with his company. Many problems with them trying to get the sink I purchased (with their pre-approval) fitted to the counter. The job was extended many days and eventually finished up with some cosmetic issues. Communication was terrible once problems started. If you get your countertops from Lowes, make sure they do not send All Pro to do the job. This company is a sinking ship.

Another zero star review! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! Steve Ekema does crap work! He left a Huge mess. Lowe's needs to wake up and delete this guy! He made huge holes in the wall and just said I don't do that! He had a bad attitude every time he showed up.

I would highly recommend these guys! We purchased through Lowe's, but wish I would have gone through these guys directly. Ed was very communicative, helpful, and friendly on the phone. Mike was very nice and professional when doing the measurements, and Andrew was an amazing installer. We had an issue (our fault, not theirs at all), and they set up Andrew to come back out and help us out, and he was able to take care of it without a problem. They made the process very easy. Recently used All Pro Countertops for our Bathroom Vanities. Had found material from a warehouse with another contractor, however the other contractor disappeared on us. Contacted Steve at All Pro and they quoted us on the exact material that we found at a warehouse in Orange County. They worked with us to verify correct material even ensuring we liked it in the space before started. The installers were super nice and professional.

In my kitchen of August 2018, I please install countertop and sink with ALL PRO. After three months, Sink began to leak water. After several calls, Mr. Steve Ekema (Owner's brother) came to my house to repair it! Because the leakage caused the board to become wet; Mr. Steve Ekema promised me to call him again wait a little bit drier with the wood than he will come to fix this problem. In November, 2018, I called his company and Text to Steve, he never answers my call (I think his block my cell). Until now, I haven't got anyone to response the call yet!

I'm disappointed to leave a negative review, but my experience with All Pro Countertops (selected countertop vendor by Home Depot) has been extraordinarily frustrating.

1. The templater discovered that the original salesperson mis-measured my space. I needed to pay an additional $443 in order to get the correctly sized countertop.
2. It took 3 phone calls to get them to set up installation for a paid invoice
- On 9/22 I paid Home Depot, the same day they invoiced me for the additional cost.
- I left voicemail on 10/15, trying to track down my paid order. No one called back.

After seeing some of these earlier reviews I was hesitant to use All Pro. But they were the only laminate countertop company out of THREE to actually get back to me and schedule a measure right away.

I spoke to both Brittany and Krissy who were both very friendly and professional and apologetic about these reviews as they were working very hard after previous bad management and not the best employees.

Well, they certainly did right by me! In only a week I had my beautiful new laminate countertops installed very professionally by Andrew who was very friendly and polite, he also had a great sense

Used all Pro Countertops after I had some extensive leaking from my bathroom sink. I initially had gone to Home Depot only to order to actual laminate counter top itself, and I had a friend who was going to give me a good price for the install. Once I got everything priced out from Home Depot, there was a 35$ price difference to include the installation in the counter top price, so it just made sense to do it all at once.
So the way that it all works, is that you go to Home Depot, order and pay for the counter top and installation, and then they contract with All Pro Countertop, who eventually

So, apparently this company has NO employees..only an owner? I sure hope "Chrissy" returns to the office (she's been out for 2 days) before the 26th, which is the install date we were promised.

Who leaves a newbie ("Brittney") unsupervised with zero access to their system, not another living sole in the building, and NO way to provide updates to customers?

I will be absolutely LIVID if my $2k desktop is not installed ON MAY 26, 2017!

We have a craftsman style house and we wanted new countertops. The old lament counter tops had to go. We went through Home Depot and they sent out All Pro Countertops. The job was big because much of the molding incroched on the countertops. But Peter was up to the task. Thanks for the fine job.

Ordered countertops for a kitchen and the guy didn't show up on time and once installed, the counter tops were unfinished. There was backsplash on only part of them and not on the other part. I sent an email, with pictures attached, to the company and when no one responded, I called during business hours and got a recording that said they were closed. I left a voicemail message and no one returned my call. After more than a week of no response from either the email or the voicemail, I called again this morning and spoke to a very confused woman name Chrissy who put me on hold and then came

All Pro installed countertops last year and one top cracked. No idea how but All Pro sent Larry out to analyze the problem. No questions asked, he took the top back to the shop and repaired it like new. I can't give Mike and his staff enough stars. We are buying another home and won't even get bids, we know who's the best in So Cal.
