It started with a delightful receptionist who answered my call. Steve came the next day. We did a walk-about together, he gave excellent suggestions, and we agreed on a price. Steve is friendly, efficient, professional, and really listens and offers his customers top-notch service. A week later two of his employees arrived on time, went over everything with me, and got to work. Steve arrived shortly after that and reviewed what I wanted done with them and me. Incompetent butchers! Hired to install a garden fence, which went fine, but in the process they wrecked the garden, killed a 7-foot high maple tree, and couldn't replant the replacement tree properly. Arrogant customer service when dealing with Steve trying to resolve these issues. I would NEVER hire this outfit again.

We are pleased that we found ATC landscape to top and prune our cedar hedges. Steve quoted us a fair and decent price and we are delighted that his crew - Brady and Bruce did such a great job of ensuring that the job was done properly but more importantly, the clean up was done extremely well. They even picked up the debris from our neighbours' yards. Bruce and Brady were polite, professional and efficient. They spoke quietly to each other, let me know that they were leaving for half an hour and would be back and they did! When I wondered aloud whether a bush was dead, Brady very kindly offered

Shockingly unprofessional. Came out and gave us a quote on hedge trimming and yardwork, we chose a day to get the job done, a month down the road. After not responding to a couple of emails in the interim, we get an email the day before saying they can't make it and will follow up to reschedule. After another week and another email and message from us, we get an email saying they've taken on a bunch of strata-unit projects, and won't have time to help us at all. If you're a single-family home, this company is not interested in your business.
