This project was a complete home renovation and addition. This addition/renovation is technically a newly constructed home. All walls were demolished with the exception of two walls in the garage. The property sits high on a hill in Hermosa Beach and has a 180 degree ocean view. We took full advantage of this view by adding many large clear story windows on the west side of the home as well as a large roof deck.

I spoke to Dan to explain what I was looking for over the phone, and scheduled an appointment with him to meet with me in person at my house so that I could explain in further detail as to what I was looking for. I explained that I had two bathrooms that I was looking to upgrade, but the second bathroom wasn't going to be part of the plans until I saw what he could do with the first bathroom. My fiance and I agreed to pay him $1000 for him to come back to my house to measure the square footage, to give me a set of plans, and to give me two computer generated renderings of what the first bathroom
