We are active members of the newly formed Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) formerly known as The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) and The National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF).

Per the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance, when freezing temperatures are expected, an in-ground swimming pool or spa should be completely winterized by cleaning, balancing, and treating the swimming pool water and protecting the pool and equipment from weather related problems. It is necessary to winterize the plumbing and the equipment before it freezes.

They came out to work on a pool for my almost 80 year old grandmother. By the end the conversation they had walked off the job, and left my grandmother shaken. Please run, don't walk away from these guys, I would hate for any other seniors to have to deal with the disrespect and lack of customers service.
