Conner was a very good tech and made sure he answered all my questions and concerns. He did a great job and checked everything out not just what was obviously wrong.
Not his fault but with the trucks wide back tires I noticed today I had to work on the grass area beside the driveway. Hoping my plant makes it 😌

A few weeks ago, a main spring broke on the opener of one of our two 53- year-old, but still attractive, garage doors. A local company sent a technician to look at the problem. He informed me the opening apparatus was so old and different from the new that the broken spring and other necessary replacement parts were no longer available. The only solution was a new door, actually two if I wanted matching doors, costing $3,000+. I then called Access for a second opinion. The company sent Drew to assess the problem. These folks responded quickly, came out to give an estimate within 2 days, and performed the work a couple days after that. They were absolutely fair and transparent about pricing and gave options. They did not try to upsell to needless options I was not interested in. They replaced my garage door opener and associated work, left no mess, and everything works perfectly. I will definitely do business with Access again.

An Access employee just left my house. I was devastated when our door broke a few days ago and just knew it would be a several-hours-long job that would cost an arm and a leg. He was courteous, professional, and kind. He knocked out the job in an hour. The best part was that I paid way less than I expected. Kudos to Access Door & especially Jeremy the installer. He was extremely professional, personable and really knew what he was doing.
My Garage door opener stopped working so I called Access Door on Thursday afternoon and on Friday at 1:00pm Jeremy showed up on time and gave me all of my options and the prices to replace the old Opener. I picked the LiftMaster 8500W wall mount Wi-Fi unit and Jeremy went to work removing the old one.
Within a few hours he had replaced with the new Opener and had the installation completed. He helped me setup the Wi-Fi, trained me how to use the Opener with all

In a world where customer service is a lost art, Access hasn't lost the importance of good, quality customer service and care. Our technician was thorough and helpful. Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga replaced 2 garage doors for me. The 2 men that installed them were on time, polite, courteous, and not a fowl word said during there visit. They ensured the doors were perfectly aligned and operating correctly and instructed me on future routine maintenance on the doors. Once they were done they ensured the work area was neat and clean of all old door debris. Very professional men.
