Mark P was the plumber who arrived at my house for my main DWV that had a crack in it. I was provided three options for the repair and chose the middle of the road. Unfortunately after he did what he could to keep me at that price point, the crack was worse than anticipated and we had no choice but to go to the next level.
Mark was extremely nice and answered all the questions I had. The job looks clean and professional, and the work area was cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend Craig Faulks Plumbing. Peter did an excellent job with the plumbing repairs and replacements in my home. He was professional, respectful and on time with the services provided.
He installed a new toilet, faucet, unclogged drains and replaced our rusted/molded valve/pipes. His initial analysis before work began included him educating me on the problems, how it’s caused and the best possible solution to repair so I’m not encountering the issues again.
I really appreciate Peters thoroughness in the services provided and will definitely use this company again should I have any plumbing concerns.

I am 100 percent satisfied with the quality of the work and the quick schedulng of the service. Two new shutoff valves were installed in our 110 yr old house. One for a dishwasher and the other near the main water line coming from the City pipe. Nice copper valves both are big improvements

I had an immediate need for plumbing help. I called 2 other businesses without a response, so having someone actually answer the phone was important. The young lady that answered was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The technician (Peter) was quickly dispatched and couldn't have been more professional and polite. Our drains started slowing down and we needed to see what was going on our at our shop. We reached out to Craig Faulks and they sent a tech, Tyler, out within an hour to get us fixed up. Tyler came out took a look and presented us with 3 options, we went with having the drain cleared and camera inspected to see the condition of our piping and to help locate our septic tank.
Tyler went above and beyond, we cleared the lines, sent the camera down and shared with us what he was seeing, and even located the cover to the septic tank for us so we can have it pumped out.

The drain pipes from upstairs corroded and water was leaking. I called a company that I used before and they came out and gave us a bid and couldn't do the work until Monday. Today is Thursday. So I called Craig Faulk plumbing. They were here in an hour. Gave me a quote. And finished the job in under two hours. And they called me an hour later to see if I was happy and satisfied with the service and the plumber. I gave them and Ty, the plumber, 5 gold stars. I highly recommend them and Ty. Oh, and we saved $1000 from the first bid!!

I Contacted Craig Faulks Plumbing based on their google reviews. I am so happy I did! The dispatcher who answered my call was friendly and answered all my questions. They came out within 2 hours and repaired my shower quickly and professionally. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable, wore face mask and shoe protectors the entire time. Searched Google as we had a stubborn clog in our one sink. We tried many things and just couldn't seem to get it to clear. We thought we had a problem with our water pump, which could have been an expensive repair. Jake found that an electrical switch had been thrown by mistake, so no repair was necessary. He was honest about it and charged only a nominal fee for the service call. Besides that, he's a nice guy. When we actually have a real problem, we will definitely call on him.
