Believe all the one star reviews. Every single review here is accurate and true. The three guys that come to our house were rude, belligerent and flat out the worse people you could ever interact with. One of the guy showed up with open toe sandals and he was claiming that he cannot take off his "shoes" due to work hazard. To make things worse, one of the guy started hitting on a friend who is woman and working in living room and asking her absolutely inappropriate questions.
The work was never completed.

Please for the love of your home do not use this company.
I wish I could post negative stars. After 6 trips to my home to install the glass shower doors (first install was crooked, then they installed the door to the shower in an inaccessible place.) The manager came out and said the installer didn't follow the design and it was obviously wrong.
Two moe trips out and it was still not installed. Finally they got it installed and the water poured out between the doors and under the door where it wasn't sealed.
Again a different manager came out and said there were parts not installed

The window itself? Great. Functional. I thanked the tech on his way out and went about my day. Later when I went on my back porch, there was GLASS EVERYWHERE; the tech replaced the shattered window and didn't use a tarp or anything to catch the falling pieces! I should've watched him install it from the outside, but I honestly just assumed the tarp was there because...it's common sense. The result is that there was tiny bits of window glass all around my back porch area and it was a major pain to clean it up. The fact that he just left it like that is so insulting. I'll never

This is the worst contracting company I have ever dealt with. They came to measure the glass, and we paid the deposit. They never showed on install day and came 4 hours late the day we rescheduled for. They sent 2 guys who caulked the window and it looked like something my 5 year old son could do. Then it started leaking. It has not stopped leaking since (after lots of begging they sent out 2 sets of people to recaulk). Still water comes through. It has caused tons of damage and I have asked to speak with the manger over a dozen times. He will never call you. We just get a girl who answers

It has been said that if i could give "0" stars i would. I second that. This is by far the worst company operating in Virginia. They send someone out to measure I think the owner, who is incapable of measuring anything then then send two men to install and they have no idea how to install. When they finally get the glass in, it is the wrong glass, and when you contact the company the owner calls you back screaming, not letting you get a word in and using the big F constantly. Then they say they are going to send you back the deposit, and not fix their mistake and they never do.

Washington Glass arrived for quote (which was reasonable). After the go ahead, they were scheduled to return the next week and never showed up. I rescheduled and they did not show up again. After several conversations with their call center (which they never called me back), I decided to go elsewhere. Avoid if possible. Do not pay in advance.

This company is not reliable. I delivered 1 bookcase and 2 bookcase doors to be repaired. They gave me the runaround for 2 months and never fixed anything. After telling me on multiple occassions that the project would be finished. They never finished. Not only did they not repair the broken glass, they also destroyed the bookcase (see pictures). Stay away from this company

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Over 2 month delay in the requested installation, and when the actual day came, I was given a 12-2pm window for the tech, Tae, to arrive. It's 4pm now and still no show!!! The customer service is horrid and they said that the tech is "having a bad day." DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

The very very worst customer service and ownership in the world. The worst experience I've ever had from a 2 month delay, terrible installation measurement, too expensive for the service and product provided. I wouldn't use Washington Glass if they were the last glass installer on earth. Be aware 2 weeks means 2 months on special orders and bad measurement and no discount on very shady terrible work.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had WG install a new transom window. The final product and install was a disaster, and the "professional" scraped my wall (I'll need to patch and repaint) and left a mess. The "professional" admitted that it looked horrible and that he did not like it but just tried to blame his boss and said his boss would call me. I did not get a call from the boss, and when I called WG, I was put on hold for 10 minutes before saying that there was nothing she could do for me. STAY AWAY. I am going to have to hire someone to fix the window and
