The Cutting Edge started as a sole proprietorship in 1998 and was certified by the Small Business Administration as a Veteran Owned and Operated Small Business. In the fall of 1999, Pursuant to G.S. 55-2-02 of the General Statutes of North Carolina we filed articles of Incorporation as an S-Corporation becoming The Cutting Edge Maintenance Co., Inc.
