After doing an enormous amount of research, we knew after our initial meeting with Nathan that BRCH was for us - small enough to not just be another #, but experienced enough to truly understand the custom build process. What we weren't expecting, but were thrilled with, was the level of care and detail we got from our project manager Chris along the way. He was with us every step of the way - completely in our corner. Blue Ridge custom homes high quality and great work! Dave G. our project manager went above and beyond to make sure our house was perfect! Scott, Danny and the rest of blue ridge staff make sure you’re getting what you want. They encourage questions and help so much through the process. It was stressful but BRCH did a great job getting us in our home!

Really had a good experience with this Builder. Scott, our project manager, was responsive and always willing to help. We had never experienced a custom build or a cost plus approach and when there was a question or a concern, it was thoroughly explained and discussed. Even during Covid and the difficulties it caused, I’d still go with these folks again.

We renovated our kids' bathroom with BRCH. We had an incredible experience from the very start.
Kevin has been so helpful, answers all of our questions and is so quick to respond to us. He gave us his expertise and helped us plan to get exactly what we wanted for our bathroom. He had creative solutions, too. We really enjoyed working with him!

Been working with Blue Ridge over the past year to build a small home in a more rural area between Short Pump and Charlottesville. We were looking for a somewhat unique situation at first but BRCH was great at giving us ideas and being willing to be flexible. Cost structure is very straightforward and identified up front in the process. Employees are great and communicate well. No complaints and I would absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build a house.

The site manager was remarkably accessible and responsive, working very hard to meet my expectations and we are very happy with the result. They are very experienced builders. They did a great job with my office renovation and adding french doors. They were fast, very competent, and did a wonderful job. I did a price comparison before choosing them and they had a better price as well. The main contractor, Kevin Brungard, was an expert in his field. I highly recommend them!

I hired Blue Ridge Custom Homes to finish a new theater room, bedroom, and bathroom in our basement. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and communication was great. He was very responsive to my questions and any concerns I had he put at ease.
They were able to get all permits and inspections done with the county with no issues. I continued to make changes while construction was going on and Kevin never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or his workers.
He had no issues to accommodate out of the norm requests such as a Walk-in Bathtub, Cutting a new window (to code) in foundation, Curved
