I had scheduled a backflow preventer install a few weeks ago. They were suppose to come early last week and never showed up or called. So I called them end of week to see what's going on. They had an emergency or but no one ever let me know they weren't coming. So rescheduled for yesterday, got a call in the afternoon that they weren't coming and rescheduled for today. Again... didn't show up, so I called them and turns out they made a mistake with the scheduling or something. Then finally talked to a manager, turns out they won't do the install if you don't purchase the part from them. Which is

Best property care service I’ve had! Snow removal has been fantastic. In the two years I’ve used them they have been amazing. They are respectful of your property and careful not to damage your lawn. That was a big issue with others in the past. I also use them for lawn service in the summer and the lawn has never looked better. They are excellent about communication and their follow-up is fast, if you do have an questions or concerns. Charles and Carly are great and I highly recommend them and their team.
