I’m making a point to give a good review to Booth Built because of the professional and honest way they handled a problem that was partly caused by them, partly an unnoticed structural issue we had prior to the installation. Initial demo of our old patio cover and installation of our new patio cover went smoothly and the result was lovely. Then come the summer monsoon microbursts, and we noticed leaking in our house. We had a ramada installed 3 years ago in our back yard (not BoothBuilt) and it was a bit too small to put a dining set underneath it. BoothBuilt added a fairly large extension on it and it is great. Everyone that worked on the project was very professional, skilled and communicated well. It was a pleasure to work with a company that is so customer focused. Would definitely use again.

I contracted with Booth Built to remove and existing patio cover and replace it with a Pergola. WOW! What a mistake.
The initial contact great. Chris was personable, seemed to know his stuff.

I did a lot of research on patio cover companies on Google, BBB, Nextdoor, AZ ROC, Facebook, etc. and Boothbuilt Patio Products came up as one of two or three with consistent good marks and no negative information (BBB, AZ ROC). I contracted with Boothbuilt and now wish I hadn't. The initial sales call was made by Chris Booth, the brother of the company owner, Tom Booth. Chris was pleasant and professional but, failed to accurately record or communicate the correct measurements for the patio cover and the concrete slab. Chris's failure created a cascade of errors that caused unnecessary delays

Tom Booth runs a well organized and reputable company. From our first meeting to the finished stand alone pergola and lattice patio cover, we had excellent service. His men work hard and do an excellent job. They are personable and keep the work area organized and clean.

Chris and Tom were both involved with planning our awnings. The two men who did the installing, Glenn and Les, were awesome. We couldn't ask for nicer competent people to help us with our home improvement.

While searching for the best quality for the money, I found Booth Built. I received three quotes from different licensed contractors. Tom Booth was the only owner of the business that personally showed up to place a quote. He listened carefully to my concerns and how I felt my job was unique to my needs. Tom personally made the parts for my awning that I was most concerned with. Once the awning was installed in the time frame that was quoted, Tom came by to check the work which was completed. This is our third job by Booth Built and it was the best so far. We moved to a new home and needed repairs to a pergola and screened in lanai. We had delays in the renovation of the house had to postpone the work several months. Chris stood by his bid and even added some additional elements at no additional charge. The young team of Jake, Josh and Brian were superb. They were polite, diligent and knowledgeable. What A Great Company! I had them install a Pergola for me over 2 years ago. It came time to paint the house and some of the Lattice were too close to the house for the painters to get underneath the eves. I called Booth Built with the situation and Sherry got right on it. She sent the same guy out (BUD) that installed it over 2 years ago and he immediately went to work resolving the problem. I am now ready for the painters and Completely Satisfied with Booth Built not only for the job they did...but also for the warranty work...and they did it for FREE!!!

Due to a micro-burst when our neighbors trampoline blew in to the roof of our house and also the pergola from Booth Built - they made repairs at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I had an enclosed sun room installed by Booth Built. It continually leaks every time it rains. It was originally caulked when installed. They came out 2 times after that due to leaks.
They were to come again and caulk it a 3rd time and I waited a couple weeks for this appointment. They cancelled the day they were to come and changed it to next day which was inconvenient for me. Oh yes, they said I would have to pay for future caulks after the 2nd time. No more!! Caulking does not help.
I also asked Chris for a quote on a pergola. I received that promptly the next day. However, I did

They are a great company to work with and do a great job. Follow up was great and they did what they said they would do. The patio cover was not what we thought we were getting. We called the office and received great costumer care. Tom the owner come out reviewed what we wanted corrected the problem and adjusted the cover to meet my wife's requirements without any questions. This company does it right! They went out of their way to be patient and answer my husband's questions and concerns. (He's absolutely nuts, probably asked them 1000 things.) They even came out twice to look at our patio (my husband, again) and ours was even a fairly small job.
They were extremely professional, excellent communicators, and they arrived on time as promised with every visit. Their work was really impeccable and everything we had hoped for and more. This past spring Booth Built came out and installed window shades in my clinic, and we have a lot of windows. I was so glad that I choose Booth Built for this project, they installed the shades in a matter of hours. Other then having new shades I couldn't even tell that they were there, very neat about the project. The best thing of all I am saving over $400 per month on my electric bill, these shades will pay for themselves in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone for any shading needs.
