Thank you Ray Diamond Glass for helping with a problem I didn't think could be fixed without a complete remodel! We had a broken shower door, right away the staff wanted to see if they could possibly fix just the door without having to replace our entire shower surround. Anyone else we had contacted immediately wanted us to spend a few thousand on replacing an entire shower which was not in our budget.
If you have a glass or plexiglass issue go see them! Over the last 4 years Ray Diamond has helped us replace a few broken glass shelves, cut some plexiglass for a craft project and replaced a photo

The staff was friendly and willing to help. The price was surprisingly reasonable. They cut and replaced the glass on my oval shaped coffee table. This glass took special attention because it actually inserted into the top of my bamboo coffee table and required some special cutting. I was called to pick my table up in a reasonable time. This company do some pretty big jobs but they still prioritized my small coffee table.

The employees were very nice and helpful. They were kind enough to let me wait for them to complete the job since it was a small job and I did not live in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mirror, glass, etc. work done—-large or small.

We had a great experience. Easy to place the order, super quick turn around time, easy pick-up process. All the employees were professional, efficient and pleasant to interact with. Unbelievable! I just called Ray Diamond Glass to get a quote. A person answered the phone and I informed them that I needed to get a quote. I was told that he was in the back and I would have to hold for a lady to come to the phone and give me a quote. (This was around 8:10 am) After 5 minutes, I hung up and called other companies to continue getting my quotes. Lastly, I came back to Ray Diamond Glass to call and try one more time. A lady answered the phone and I stated to her that I was calling to get a quote on glass shelving. She stated extremely sarcastically, "Whats this for? For what

Another situation, the installer just called to argue with me about my review and tried to say he never agreed to work on a Sunday. Called and reported it to the owner and got a bunch of excuses. You should never call and argue with a customer. My timeline isn't wrong, I marked them in my calendar and my husband was there to witness some of the phone call and actually took off work 12/28 to be at the house. The first time they were supposed to come was 12/26... then 12/28... then he told me 1/6... I had to call 1/7 to set up the appointment because I never heard from him... finally came out
