I just want to thank you to the man who serviced our furnace. I believe his name was Norm. He was very knowledgeable and professional. In the past we had our furnace serviced and had many people criticize how old it was and tell us to just buy a new one. To be quite honest, it isn’t easy just to “buy a new furnace” this option is often devastating to someone’s finances. Called for plumbing service because my toilet outlet pipe was leaking into the basement. This is my ONLY toilet in the house. Four DAYS later, Lou and his son showed up to patch it as a temp fix. The "fix" made the leak worse (see picture). I called to let them know that it was worse and asked when they were coming to replace the pipes, as they said they would. They did not call back to schedule service. Five DAYS later (and another message left), after no return call, I finally tried another plumber. Although we started off on the wrong foot, Lou the company owner came in and rectified the situation. He acknowledged my dissatisfaction (not with him personally) and made sure to make it right which is very commendable when dealing with customers. He valued my time and communicated well which is all I ask and really handled things in a professional way. He personally came out to my home first thing in the morning to handle things on his own and I appreciate it.

Needed reconnect of AC after another contractor disconnected it for us to raise unit from ground to wall mount brackets, but did not respond to our calls to reconnect unit. Lou and Gage responded to our call and were very informative and professional. Our unit is now 20 years old, and they reconnected and tested the unit and were truthful to us that we may or may not get a few more years on the unit. We will absolutely call Home Comfort for all our heating and AC services. Great to do business with you. Thank you.

The Friday of Memorial day weekend and my well pump decided to go on a permanent vacation. I called Home Comfort Solutions and happen to speak to Lou directly. It was already 3pm and he made provisions in his late day to make one last stop to our house. I very grateful that he had a pump puller to get the pump out of the well. He and his staff were extremely professional and curious. I've worked around other contractors and his level of confidence and knowledge was evident. We had the pump pulled, replaced and tested in just under two hours. He's earned me as the go to for anything heating, cooling

For some time, we had been having a problem with a heating system installed by another contractor. We contacted Home Comfort Solutions for a routine annual boiler cleaning, and as soon as Lou looked at our system, he recognized an error in the installation. We had him come back to make the fix, and actually INSTALL the omitted flow control valves that were necessary to make our new system operate properly and efficiently in the first place. Now, when the our thermostats stop calling for heat in a particular zone, the heat actually STOPS.
