With such numerous & excellent reviews we asked the Team to just do their magic. I didn't need an estimate based on all of the reviews. Our expectations were more than exceeded. They carefully put towels around corners so the hoses wouldn't leave marks, to having clean towels at our doorstep to clean their shoes upon entry during the course of the job. They were thorough, diligent, very kind, communicative, exceptionally neat. We have oatmeal colored Berber & when they were done, it looked like a brand new carpet. Just call them & have them do your home, you won't regret

This company is so professional and kind. I had a last minute change and rescheduled on them. They were so understanding. The did our whole house of carpet and an area rug worth saving. They did an amazing job! The team is so respectful and they are so reasonable with pricing! On top of all that, they are a Christ centered company that puts God first and their clients second, loving others as God has commanded us. So grateful for them!

We used Family Man Carpet Cleaning for a general cleaning as well as small stain and odor removal, and they met the mark. Amber was great at getting in touch with me prior to our appointment as well as following up with me afterward, Jimmy was awesome when he came out to offer us a free estimate, and the two people who came to clean our carpet did a great job.

I spilled coffee on our wool Chinese area rug and tried to remove the stain, but no luck, so we had Family Man clean it and additional rooms. The stain on the rug was removed and the other wall to wall carpet looks brand new. We highly recommend this professional company. Both times we used them, their staff was very personable as well.

Extremely professional, did a thorough job. They even came back to re-rinse a closet without hassle. Our carpets are old so I didn't expect them to look new again but they felt to fluffy after they were finished and looked much better. Carpets dried Extremely quickly, were done in the late afternoon and felt mostly dry by bedtime. Will use Family Man in the future.

This company does a great job - when you can get an appointment ( which was difficult and took a few attempts). The issue I have with this family owned business is the complete lack of accuracy in estimating the cost. I consider myself on the higher end of articulate and I very accurately described the areas to be cleaned. I was quoted $200.00 for the job. When the cleaners arrived, they estimated $325.00 and were completely unapologetic about the misfire on the cost of the work. In fact, they had a take it or leave it attitude that I did not appreciate at all. I would have expected the presence

Had downstairs tile, two bathrooms and my couch cleaned. Amber is EXCEPTIONAL with the communication. Got a reminder call the day before and again shortly before arrival. The team was professional and fast! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my downstairs grout, while definitely cleaner, was not as clean as I had hoped compared to other client pictures. In all fairness, my grout needs some serious, hands and knees scrubbing to come close to the original, light tan color. That said, the tile themselves practically light up the room more! We have had our carpets cleaned 3 times since being in our condo, each time trying a different company because the last one didn't feel right or meet our standards. We had our carpets cleaned by Jimmy and Brannon from Family Man today, and will only use this company from now on!
Everything about our experience with them was beyond what we expected. Amber helped us book our appointment over the phone and clearly explained the what was covered in the quote. Family Man Carpet Cleaning was a breeze to work with. While managing several rental properties around the Orange County area, it's difficult for me to be everywhere at once. Amber, the office manager, was quick with responses to any questions I had regarding quotes and scheduling. She made it super convenient for me! This review was a bit overdue. I was glad to snatch the appointment prior to the "quarantine" so I was able to have clean carpet. The room that my late husband stayed in had a lot of foot traffic. There were spills from medical liquid and other stuff. The room reminded me the suffering my husband had to endure during his final days.
