This family company is fantastic to work with in getting some new flooring chosen and installed (luxury vinyl planking). Frank came out to visit about the project I wanted to have done did some preliminary measuring for the estimate and from there recommended the flooring company they used so I could get samples ( and they were good sized samples). When I narrowed it down Diane was gracious to come to my house and recommend an option which I agreed worked as she explained it so well. This company worked well around my different work schedule for the installation and Tim, the installer was friendly

CBL Floors did an insert in the kitchen of the wood floors and replaced the carpeting throughout the condo. It looks awesome and was a great experience working with Frank and Diane.

Our kitchen floor had dark ceramic tiles, which had been installed before 1988 when we moved in.Over the years it had gotten chipped in several places, and it was unforgiving; nearly everything that fell on it shattered.
CBL Floors made us a reasonable offer, tearing up the old tiles and putting down an underlayment and new Congoleum tiles. (We had a cabinet refinishing job going on, so they had to tear up the old floor so the cabinet people would be able to find the real floor, then after the cabinet work was done, they put in the new floor and installed the quarter-round the cabinet people had

We were referred to CBL Floors by our granddaughter who had them install carpet in her basement rec room. She was very satisfied. We met with Frank and told him that we needed to replace carpet in our cabin. We gave him a sample of the recently installed dinning room flooring so we could compliment the floor with carpet in the living room. He was very helpful in helping us select the appropriate carpet brand and color. The installation was excellent and the room looks great. We were completely satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend them.

CBL Floors replaced the dingy, worn-down carpet from a previous owner with sleek, modern, luxury vinyl plank; all new trim; and new carpeting for our stairs. As you can see from the before and after photos-- the result was amazing. It looks like a brand new house! The price was very reasonable, the quality of work was high, and we're incredibly happy with the result. This is our second time using CBL Floors for our flooring needs and they have yet to disappoint.

CBL flooring brought carpet samples into our house - measured and were able to install within the timeframe that worked for us. Professional and kind. We enjoy supporting small, reputable businesses. We plan on using them again when we tackle our basement.

We had gross, old, dirty carpeting from the previous owners of our home-- and CBL provided us with an extremely welcome and nice change! The process of getting our Shaw carpet installed was very easy. I never felt pressured into buying an expensive product or paying for services I didn't need. They also came in and measured our entire house & provided design ideas because we're looking to update flooring upstairs too. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely come to CBL again with my flooring needs.

We had three projects for CBL Floors and they did a great job on all three. We had two inset carpets in front of the front and side door replaced. We recarpeted the stairs to the second floor. And they made us a custom area rug for the living room. They were on time, efficient, wore masks and social distanced and finished all the jobs in one day. Love the patterns they helped us choose and the price was very reasonable. They took all the old materials and cleaned up everything when they were done. Would highly recommend this local, family operated business.

AMAZING Service & Product!!!

We used CBL carpets to install carpet at a house that we were getting ready to sell. I was looking for inexpensive carpet to be installed quickly and had been to both Home Depot and Lowes. I was SO frustrated by the lack of knowledge of the store employees and stressed about having to make an appointment with a 3rd party, potentially get an asbestos test and not fully knowing WHEN everything would be completed. I mentioned my situation while at a luncheon and 2 separate neighbors suggested I call CBL. Boy am I glad I did!! Not only did CBL have a much better

Recently had three rooms of carpet installed. Frank, Diane, showroom staff and installer were awesome every step of the way. The installer left no mess and was there when he said he was going to be. Thank you all so much. We will be back for future flooring projects.

I very much enjoyed working with CBL Floors for a lower level remodel. I made a fairly large purchase, 4 rooms of carpet, hallway and stairs. They are very professional and knowledgable about flooring. I made at least 5 trips into the store for color selection and sample check outs. They came out to my home to help me finalize my selections. They even offered help with wall colors too.
I think the pricing is fair comparing CBL to the larger big box stores. The main difference is that this is a family owned business and it is clear that their customers come first. I would not hesitate
