I couldn't have asked for better service. One of the wheels on my garage door kept coming off track and the door wasn't closing straight. My home warranty sent ACE to come check it out even though they don't cover it. ACE told us we needed a new door..."it's damaged". They start at $1700 + $250 for install...but hey we get free opener with that. I called Johnson and they came out the same day. Ryan was impressive. He took his time and checked everything over. He said I had a good door and seemed puzzle as to why I was told it needed to be replaced. He explained what was wrong and what it would
