The owner of Hvac Masters, Rick, is awesome. I had a 30 year old system and had used his company for repair and maintenance for 2 years.
On the last repair the bill was substantial and my system didn’t even last 2 more weeks. Rick gave me a quote for a new system, installed it and tossed out the previous repair bill. I was blown away. Rick is a super guy. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Rick is a customer at my work, my wife and I just bought a house that has a system installed by them. We were having problems with it tripping the breaker. I called them at 8 am and they had Nick at our house the same afternoon. Fortunately for us, it was under warranty. Called and scheduled a service visit same day. Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. He did not milk the service hours. He diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and promptly installed them a few days later after parts arrived. A fair price to get our church AC working again, strongly recommend!

Rick and his team have taken care of us for many years. Rick came out after we had another company look at our HVAC system, and after an hour, they said it couldn't be fixed and would have to be replaced. After about 10 min Rick found out what was wrong and it was an easy fix. We have used him ever sense and the team has kept our old unit running for many years. Recently it quick working and sadly the part to fix it is no longer available (because of the age of the unit). Rick has been great to communicate with and has provided us with several quotes and options for the replacement unit. Great

Our air conditioner that runs our upstairs quit working on us. We contacted a local HVAC company to come do a diagnostic test on both units (one for upstairs and one for main level). He was incredibly nice and seemed well informed but he told us that the compressor had most likely gone out and we would have to purchase a new one for around $2,200. He did top off the coolant in our main level air conditioner but was unable to do much with the upstairs unit that we were having trouble with. He said the compressor was locked up and we would need a new one. All in all, his services totaled $200 and
