For Over 50 years, Jamestown Awning has provided Chautauqua and its surrounding counties with custom-made awnings for commercial and residential use, as well as party tent rentals. In 2012, the business expanded and began renting tables, chairs, dance floors and other tent accessories. Rentals include delivery, set up & take down services.

Thanks to the folks at Jamestown Awning and Party tents for the great service they provided in support of our son's wedding. From the initial planning visit to setup of the tents to final teardown the team helped make the event a success despite the torrential rain we experienced during the weekend. Everyone was helpful and great to work with.

As always, Jamestown Awning installed a tent for our graduation party on time and as promised. One of the installers called me prior to the intall and was spot on with his estimated arrival time. Tent was clean, in great shape and installed exactly where we wanted it. Tables and chairs were clean, in great condition and stacked, ready for us to set up the way we wanted. Will definitely use them again and recommend! We also loved that they installed days prior to the party so that we could figure out where we wanted everything.

We bought a business approx 4 years ago. It had an awning serviced by Jamestown Awning so, we continued to have them store & install the awning each year.
Customer service is very poor. We struggled every year with scheduling its installation. The company only installed the awning at their leisure and convenience, even though we always gave them very flexible dates. Their excuse was that we had to wait for other residential customers' installations in our area, that way they can take advantage of the trip. The late installation of this awning in our building impacted our business (sitting & dining

We built our cottage at Chautauqua Institute and hoped to use it year round, not just in the summer. Jamestown Awning did a beautiful job on our two porches adding sun and rain roll curtains for use through the season. When we left we asked Jamestown Awning to install our winter "snowsuit" for the porches. We came up for the Christmas holiday and they are perfect. The porch is now a great snow room for changing out of boots and coats. It is snug and warm on the porch. But the really wonderful detail is that when they were installing the "snowsuit" they saw the door to the house on the upper porch

Jamestown Awning is a great group to work with! We used them to put up a tent for our wedding reception over the summer. Macy was so helpful throughout the entire experience. She responded promptly and reassured us during our times of worry. The setup of the tent was seamless and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend them for all of your party needs!
